Join us for a soul-soothing Live Music & Candlelit Yin class, where the gentle guidance of April’s yin yoga sequence invites deep release and inner stillness. These slow and intentional held postures release stress, anxiety and trauma. Throughout the entire experience, Vickie will serenade the space with her voice and live instruments, creating a soundscape that nourishes the body and spirit.
