Founder Diana Nicholson has made a significant move in the fitness industry by merging the serene and strengthening practice of Malibu Beach Pilates with a cutting-edge approach to physical wellness, forming one innovative company: Electrik Body. This venture signifies a progressive step in the realm of fitness, setting the stage for what Diana proclaims as the "future of fitness." Electrik Body stands out as an EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) studio that brings a novel twist to traditional exercise methods. EMS technology has been gaining traction in the fitness world due to its efficiency and effectiveness in stimulating muscles through electrical impulses. This technology complements exercise by enhancing muscle engagement ( contracts 300 muscles simultaneously) and improving strength and conditioning in shorter periods compared to conventional workouts.
