HAPPY THE GOLDEN JAM, Malibu, CA
At Happy the Golden Jam® we produce a limited quantity of hand crafted, gorgeous seasonal jams with fruit from our Malibu orchard and local Malibu farms.
The gorgeous fruit is nurtured by ever-changing breezes, mild fogs, and the brilliant California sunshine. The results are delicious.
Our jams are hand crafted by Chef Gilles Dirat and inspired by his French family recipe.
In honor of Happy, our golden retriever, and Hope, our rescue pup, part of our profits are donated to support animal shelters..
