About Us

Founded in 1958, Our Lady of Malibu Catholic School welcomes children of all religious backgrounds from a variety of communities.

OLM offers a high quality education to students in kindergarten through eighth grade and is a special place for children to learn, grow, and explore while developing critical thinking skills and moral values that prepare them to excel in life. We are a faith-based, loving community committed to helping our students develop an appreciation for other religious traditions. We provide a top-tier education using small group instruction where children feel safe and are free to learn at their own pace. OLM has a 99% admittance rate to first choice high school and offers a lower cost than other private schools. Financial aid available.

OLM has an average class size of 10-15 students. In addition to rigorous academics, OLM’s curriculum includes world language study (Spanish, French, or Mandarin), instrumental music lessons for K-5th grades, middle school electives, art and technology as well as cheer squad, individualized P.E. and sports programs. We also offer supplemental A+ after-school enrichment; such as Academic Chess, LEGO Robotics, Cooking, Yoga, Gymnastics and Acting.

OLM students also participate in the research-based program ''Whole School, Whole Child,'' which incorporates learning models of positive discipline, positive psychology and mindfulness.
