    About Us

    Founded in 1973 — and celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2023! — PPCC is an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that provides a forum for the discussion of community issues and advocates to government and private agencies on those issues where there is broad community agreement.

    PPCC is one of the oldest volunteer organizations of its type in the City of Los Angeles and served as a model for the current Neighborhood Council system.
